You can point the opening backwards above the roofline so the water doesnt go in. Although, most water will evaporate before it gets to the engine, and anyway, diesels run slightly better on cold damp air

hope its not to deep as ady doesnt have a snorkel on his disco but it is mighty high now lol

i tryed to leave it so i could but the wind blew the top off so ive used a little silicone to hold it but ive also added a xtra bit so it has a over hang at the top

put two little selftapping screws at top will hold top on easy m8 looks good what youve done
