well its been a few months without a 4x4 but looking at a v8 disco later today, so then the build progress will start again lol so fingers crossed ill soon be looking to do green laneing and pay and play although this will be daily drive so i wont be to hard on it lol, so any one wanting to do some runs out on a sunday like thetford then let me no cheers shaun

its only an old crapper 1990 h-reg 3.5v8 su carbs, mot'd but needs a bit of work lifting and huge ass wheels like my old one

no i used to build them for a living but got it at the right money so gonna do the work on it and just use it as my daily drive. where abouts ya from fella

out wymondham way, they are getting to the age now where you can pick one up cheap if your willing to do some work. think mine hade been sitting in a barn, but still needed a new floor and sills patching with just 80K on the clock.

oi jemz you cheeky cow, lol bring some with ya when u pick up van, i no wymondham well mine needs sills welding, rear flooring starting to go,and passenger inner wing rusted but thats about it lol

doesnt sound too bad, floors are fairly cheap think mine came from paddocks. had to make a new lip for it to sit on tho. seen some funny attempts out there. one bloke covered the back in one piece of steel and just welded it to anywhere he could. looked nasty and then he had to get to the fuel tank oops
