It's an original Bowler Tomcat built by them on a Rangie chassis shortened to 88inch wheelbase. The bodywork is going to be minimal so theres less to bend! When i bought it it was fitted with full bodywork and removable hard top,a 3.5v8 and borg warner 3 speed auto gearbox from a Jag and ashcroft high ratio transfer box and was set up for comp safari racing. Yes, i stripped a 200 disco as a donor for all the mechanical as the set up it was fitted with wasn't what i wanted it for. No word on the bonnet yet mate i'm sure it will be done soon!
