Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what are the main differences between 200 and 300 discos ? it'll prob be something really obvious i should have spotted but I'm still very fresh to 4x4's and need to get my knowledge up lol.
Im considering the disco as a choice of vehicle now instead of going for a pajro, dont know what it is but ive been draw in buy them lol

the 300 has a bigger moter in it thats all i know

they are both 2.5tdi almost the same but the 300 is the later one and is more refined it also has the larger front lights without the surround like the 200 also the dashboard is different and has lights in the rear bumper. there is alot of other small differences but they are the main ones. i had a 200 and 300 and they both have advantages and disadvantages over each other

i got a 98 300 tdi, but prefer the 200tdi alot stronger engines in my opinion

Some interesting information there, keep it coming if anyone knows anything else between the two??
From what I can imagine it is small unoticable bits and bobs really but good to know. I assume all parts a transferable from 200 to 300 with the exception of some mechanical parts?

200tdi not good in side all ass about face 300tdi better to live with on a day to day
